Your companions follow you now
All 28 companions are in the game, and they come with you: walking, waddling, swimming, or riding on your shoulder.
This afternoon’s batch brought every approved companion into the game, from the duckling and the tabby to the husky, the tiger cubs and the green python. That’s 28 so far.
They come with you
Companions don’t just stand around anymore. They follow you through the world:
- Walkers and waddlers trot or waddle along beside you, and swim when you go into the water.
- Shoulder riders hop up and sit on your shoulder: the parrot, the shoulder bird, the squirrel monkey and the ring-tailed lemur, whose tail does its own thing. The chameleon climbs aboard too.
- When you stop, they sit and idle. Get too far ahead and they catch up in a puff.
Riders sit clear of every hairstyle, swaying with you as you move.
What’s next
Earning them by playing is the next piece. Two more, the dachshund and the red panda, are being reworked before they join. Meet all 28 on the companions page.
BLOCKFORGE is in very early development. Everything here is a work in progress.
